What it can see, what it does,
and what it never does.

Last updated: October 16, 2026 · EO9 Industries Inc. — KRONEX · Version française

KRONEX works inside your Gmail and Google Calendar. Here is exactly what that means, in plain words, before you connect anything.

1. What KRONEX can see

When you connect your Google account, you grant six permissions. Each one is named below with what it is used for. There are no others.

You can remove every permission at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access stops the moment you do.

2. What it does with it

3. The one thing it sends on its own

Replies to meeting requests. When someone asks for a time, KRONEX checks your calendar and answers from your account — a confirmation if the slot is free, a short "that time is taken, how about…" if it is not, and a polite decline inside the focus hours you set. Everything else is a draft. If you would rather read scheduling replies too, say so at onboarding and they stay in Drafts.

What it never does

4. Who reads what

No person reads your email. The operator (the founder, below) receives a copy of each high-risk alert — the sender, the subject line and the draft KRONEX held — so he can confirm the safeguard fired. He does not see your inbox, your calendar or your other drafts.

5. The model

Drafts, briefings and summaries are written by Claude Sonnet 4.6 (Anthropic), called through its commercial API. Anthropic does not use API traffic to train its models. Each client's instructions and writing sample are stored separately; one client's email is never shown to another client's assistant.

6. Google verification

The Gmail permissions above are restricted scopes. Google reviewed KRONEX's use of them and approved the application on September 12, 2026, after an independent CASA security assessment performed by an authorized lab (TAC Security, letter of validation issued September 2026). The assessment is renewed every year.

7. Where your data lives

KRONEX is a managed service built on established infrastructure. Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement:

Full list and purposes in the Privacy Policy.

8. Retention and disconnection

9. The law that applies

10. Who is accountable

One operator. KRONEX is built and run by Patrick Furlong, founder of EO9 Industries Inc. (federal corporation, Quebec City). It has run on his own inbox every day since August 16, 2026. Support is by email only and answered by him: patrick@kronexhq.com.
