The 14-Day Proof

Two weeks, in writing.
Then you decide.

How the first fourteen days go, day by day · Version française

There is no free trial. There is something better: a dated script of what happens on which day, written down before you pay, and a decision on day 14 that is yours alone.

Day 00

You pay, you sign, you connect. Twenty minutes.

Checkout on Stripe. A short form: who you are, how you write (a few of your own emails, pasted), who matters most, what hours you protect. The service agreement arrives for signature — in English or French. Then one Google screen to connect Gmail and Calendar. Nothing is installed.

Day 01

6:50 AM. The first briefing.

Three minutes, in your inbox, read aloud if you prefer: what came in overnight, what you promised, what others promised you, today's meetings. Below it, in Drafts, a reply to every business email that arrived since you connected — in your voice, in the sender's language. You read, approve, send. Nothing has left.

Days 02–06

It learns how you edit.

Every change you make to a draft is noticed. By the end of the first week the drafts sound more like you than the first ones did. Meeting requests are answered from your calendar. Promises people make to you are logged, with their dates.

Day 07

The count.

The operator sends you the week's numbers — replies drafted, sent as-is, edited; commitments tracked; meetings prepped; emails held for your review. Real counts from the logs, not estimates. Executive clients get a check-in that week.

Day 12

The summary.

The operator sends twelve days of counts and the questions that decide it: How many drafts did you send without touching them? Which promise would you have forgotten? What did you do with the hour the briefing gave you back?

Day 14

You decide.

Continue, or give notice. The agreement is month to month with 30 days' written notice; your data is deleted within 30 days of the end of service, and you keep every draft, every sent email and every calendar entry — they were always in your Google account.

What you are measuring

Decide against these, not against a feeling:

What it costs

Solo — $1,500 USD a month, one mailbox. Executive — $3,000 USD a month, three mailboxes and a weekly check-in. Plus applicable taxes. Annual: two months free. A loaded executive assistant costs $7,600 a month or more; three and a half recovered hours a week pay for Solo.

Founding Ten. The first ten clients keep today's price for as long as they stay. At client eleven the list price becomes $1,800 / $3,600.
