What does setup actually involve?

One OAuth authorization connecting your Gmail. You select your primary calendar, set your briefing time, add any VIP contacts, paste five sentences in your writing style, and optionally set your focus windows and SMS time. That's the entire setup. Most clients are live in under 30 minutes.

Will KRONEX ever send an email without my approval?

No. Not once. Not ever. Every draft KRONEX creates sits in your Gmail drafts folder until you review it, edit it if you want, and send it yourself. KRONEX writes. You decide. This is non-negotiable and is written into the service agreement.

What languages does KRONEX support?

KRONEX drafts emails in 200+ languages and delivers voice briefings in 74 languages. Language detection is automatic — KRONEX detects what language an email was written in and responds in that language. Your briefings are delivered in whichever language you configure during onboarding.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Stripe retries the payment automatically 3-4 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, all 7 KRONEX agents pause within 60 seconds and a dunning email arrives in your language. The moment payment clears, everything reactivates automatically. No manual intervention required on either side.

Is my email data safe?

Yes. KRONEX accesses your Gmail and Calendar through Google's OAuth 2.0 — the same authorization standard used by every major Google integration. Your data is stored in Airtable, processed through Make.com, and never shared with third parties beyond the sub-processors needed to deliver the service. We never sell your data. Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly billing cancels with 30 days written notice. Access continues through the end of your billing period. Annual billing is paid upfront and is non-refundable — the pricing reflects this commitment. All client data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

What is the annual billing discount?

Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10 — paid upfront. Solo annual: $15,000. Executive annual: $30,000. Enterprise annual: $50,000. Two months free on every tier. Most clients switch to annual after the first 90 days.

Do I need Fathom for meeting intelligence?

Fathom is free and takes one minute to set up. You add fathom@fathom.video to any calendar invite and it joins automatically. KRONEX receives the transcript via webhook and processes it immediately when the meeting ends. If Fathom can't join a call, you can email meeting notes to notes@kronexhq.com and KRONEX processes those instead.
